Culinary student Sarah Buchanan prepares a chicken confit placed on wonton at the Assiniboine Community College International Wine & Food Festival Thursday. The annual festival is hosted by Culinary and Restaurant Management students. The students prepared more than 40 fine wine and gourmet food pairings for the event.
